Changing your mind
Buying as a consumer in the EU, you may cancel within 14 days of receiving your order without giving a reason. Tell Makberta before the 14 days are up. A sealed product opened after delivery cannot be returned, for hygiene reasons.
How to return
Write to Makberta with your order number, using the details on this page. They will tell you where to send it.
Refunds
Makberta refunds what you paid for the returned items, the way you paid, within 14 days of receiving them back. Each refund shows on your order page.
Faulty or wrong items
Tell Makberta as soon as you notice. Returning an item that was faulty or not what you ordered costs you nothing.
