The shop runs on SKINMENU, which takes your payment on Makberta’s behalf and sends your receipt.
Who handles your data
Makberta handles what your order needs: your name, contact details and delivery address. SKINMENU handles your account, your payment and the emails about your order, as Makberta’s platform.
What is kept
Your name, email, phone and addresses, your orders and, if you buy for a business, its name and VAT number. Card details go straight to the payment provider and are never stored here.
Your rights
You can see, correct or delete your details. Most of them you can change yourself on your account page; for anything else, write to Makberta.
Cookies and storage
This shop stores three things, each because it cannot work without it:
- Your sign-in, while you are signed in — a cookie kept on this site only, removed when you sign out.
- Your bag, in this browser’s storage, so it is still there when you come back.
- The payment provider’s fraud-prevention cookies, on the checkout page only.
Nothing here is used for advertising or tracking, so there is nothing to agree to. If that ever changes, the shop will ask first.
